Most CAD isn't too complicated, for relatively small models. A viewer certainly seems possible, and I wouldn't be surprised if a simplistic editor was feasible for small models. It's the rendering that's the real bugger!

It will probably become one of the staple must have illegal downloads for macs now. ;)
