I'm getting ahead of myself here but... how would one go about getting artwork done for a game?

In general I'm rubbish at art (as in drawing stuff and things).

A couple of my ideas involve videoing things and then taking frames of the video to use as a template to create frames of a sprite sheet, etc...

But for anything else what options are there?
