Quote: Go to Excel Page Setup under the File menu item. Select the "Options" button. On the Setup tab of the dialog that appears: 1) Job Type should read "Normal Print", not "Locked Print" or "Stored Print" or change the print type from "Fast Draft" to "Normal Print".
2) Uncheck the "Ignore application collate".
Changing those two settings also caused the Excel main dialog to change "Print Quality" from blank to 600dpi which helped with our grey-shading.
Also on the Option buttion, we changed the Duplex option to "Open to top" from "Open to Left" since this had been the default on our previous printer. |
