Can anyone help me.

My dad bought a MBA yesterday (the old one) for the full price.

We are wanting to exchange it on Saturday for a new one (same price).

I'm trying to find something solid in the returns policy to say we will be able to do this.

Can someone take a look and see if they can come up with something.

There are a couple of bits that I think mean we can but I thought I'd ask for a second opinion.

I don't know that there is anything in black and white. Apple usually does this sort of thing on a 'goodwill gesture' basis.
I haven't heard of anyone being turned down for such an offer - and as this is an Apple product I'd assume we would all hear about such a thing if it was to happen.

Just spoke to my little bro and it sounds like my dad has contacted the mac store and they have agreed to do the exchange!

Will be going on Saturday to pick it up

The customer service in the Apple Stores has, in my experience, been very good.
Nice to hear they're still doing this. As Mark said, I don't think it's a clear cut policy, but it is good customer service.
