I think that's pretty standard for Apple software, Microsoft software too, IIRC.

Yes but how many terrorists actually read the T&C on their software? Then how many of them will stop building a nuclear bomb because of this clause? Though the flip side is does that mean that iTunes is banned from Aldermaston? ;)
