Do all Android phones run all Android software? Specifically will a Samsung Galaxy Apollo run Spotify & Angry Birds?

Depends on the OS version simply, Angry birds is 1.6 or 2.0 and higher IIRC

For running it, yes... (libraries and apis etc differ on releases but IIRC are backwards compatible(

Performance wise.... maybe (should run fine though tbh)

I'd personally stick to a phone with 2.0 or higher
