Was thinking of maybe one of the laptops with a replacement HDD for a SSD and windows 7 of some description or do you think it's a false economy

I brought the gf a Samsung NC10 last year which is a nice notebook but I was thinking of re ignition a bit of stratage gaming so bigger screen etc..... thinking about it I may need more graphics power then which may exclude the links above.

Not got any experience of the chipset abilities TBH.

What about a Dell? The M101z or M501R look not so bad for £379. They have a 4225 Mobility chipset, that appears ok for low end/mid range gaming. Like I say though, I'm not up to speed on laptop graphics.

Single core though.
