| Post subject: | Talking over a serial connection |
Hi all, I have a laptop running Win XP Pro which has a serial port. I need to pass commands to another computer (embedded into a screen) that runs Linux which also has a serial port. Does anyone know what sort of software I can use to do this? I just need a shell of some sort to type over. Thanks very much, Ben |

You can use Hyperterminal on XP. By default it's in Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\ |
