Downloaded it last night. Took about 3 hours to get the 600MB download though

Installed successfully with no problems.

Can't really notice any difference to be honest.

On the iPhone there isn't a whole lot of obvious difference - the only big thing is you can now assign individual tones to text messages from particular contacts. Airprint is very useful but the default config is rubbish - it'll only print to certain HP wireless equipped printers. I got a little tool called printopia which adds all my Mac's printer to the airprint available printers list. It does work pretty well, in fact.

The big change is on the iPad, which has now 'caught up' with the iPhone. All the cool stuff like multitasking, app groups etc that iPhone users (well, newish iPhone users) have been taking for granted, we finally got.

I read somewhere that it's only available from another iDevice but I've just accessed mine from the web and it works fine.

I like the new "Choo Choo" text tone, and the fact I can assign it to contacts. Now all the guys from work have train sounds as text alert sound

"choo choo" - not available on my 3g iphone. Ah well, must require more memory / processor / apple goodwill power than i have. Just like custom wallpaper

One thing to note: I looked earlier at my music on my iPhone and it had gone. After re-syncing it reappeared, it didn't copy back over, just became visible...
