Is anyone else having problems accessing the iTunes store in iTunes (latest version on OS X 10.5.8 PPC).
I know I'm in the luddite camp by still using a PPC mac but I don't remember it being that slow last time I used it.

It was slow last night but I figured that was just net congestion as it was peak usage time in the US when I was trying to use it. Tried again first thing this mornign and it was still as slow as anything and simply didn't complete most of the tasks I tried. The rest of iTunes was fine so I assume it's the store itself.

Is this just Store bloat or is there something up with my copy of iTunes? My broadband routinely runs at about 5 - 5.5 Mbit/sec so I don't think it's a slow connection.

The whole world and their dog* appears to be downloading Beatles albums at the moment, so there very well could be slow downs.

*Not me, because I've had my Beatles collection ripped for some considerable time.
