| Post subject: | Dodgy Desktop Shortcuts |
On some of our office computers desktop shortcuts exhibit a strange behaviour where instead of "clicking through" to the next level in file open dialogs they jump out completely to an explorer window to look at the location - making document open a complete PITA. And our office manager doesn't feel it an issue enough to warrant calling in IT.  Any ideas how to fix it? |

Sounds like the "start in" location is corrupt or wrong. Has someone been renaming shares? |
