Hi all, At work we want to use some sort of mass SMS to keep people informed over the holiday. Not everyone has internet at home so email is out, but everyone has their work/personal phones with them. Does anyone know of a good company that does such a service? The main function is to SMS many people one message easily. Many thanks, Ben |

I worked in a school a while ago that had this facility, but it ran from one of their own servers. We looked but we couldn't find an internet based solution at that particular time. Things may have changed though. Sorry I'm not of more help. Mark |

I don't suppose you recall the name of the service they used? It doesn't necessarily need to be internet based, a localised solution would be OK as long as it's easy to install. |

http://www.e-txt.com/ Used them on and off for years. It makes texting a bit like emailing. I've also personally used a different one which allowed email to text, and replies came through the same way. It was a small UK company with excellent customer service, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. :edit: - checked my emails. It was http://www.textmagic.com/ |
