I only noticed this at the end of last week, and can get around it by using Firefox/Chrome/Opera/AnyOtherBrowser, but Safari (latest version - I can post precise details later) on Snow Leopard (again, fully updated) refuses to open http://www.thetrainline.com, citing "Too Many Redirects". Anyone else experiencing this? Any advice?

Ta.

Safari 5.0.3 using 10.5.8 and I get no message such as yours.
The page opens just fine for me.

When I tested the site the other day for you I was using 10.6 with the latest Safari and that worked for me too, so I'd say it's a machine specific setting.
Mmm cookies.

Ja. I presumed it would be, and this thread was more a reminder to me to investigate further when I get home. At the time I was in a bit of a rush to get tickets and get off to somewhere else. I also knew they'd probably reply to my tweet.

This article any help? Also, this discussion suggests it's the website itself that is badly coded, having a page that redirects to another page, then back to the original one - some browsers are more tolerant of this behaviour than others it seems.

Deleting cookies for that web site would be my next course of action. You can filter out just that domain's cookies by typing it in the search field in the "Show Cookies" window, then hit "Remove" - all other cookies will remain untouched.
