having trouble with custom build pc , anyone help???

just had a go at building my first custom pc ....the b.b.b.b which is posted on another thread ....have conected up everything that i can see but when i go switch it on...nothing happens ?...cant see whats wrong so might need to admit defeat and can pro help to get it going unless someone hear knows where i am going wrong.....thanks
