Android remote tracking app

Can anybody recommend a good one? Something that allows you to track your phone when you lose it, lock it, wipe it, make it sound alarm etc...

Is it a contract or PAYG 'phone you're asking about? If it's contract most networks should be able to block and lock remotely.
