I think you're probably going to have to go down the route of doing a manual selection of the lenses, and adjusting the various brightness, midtones, probably even shadows to bring them all up. Might even be worth having a look at the Shadows/Highlights panel.
And you're going to have to be consistent across each image - which isn't going to be easy.
I suspect reactolites are polarising too, so from frame to frame the affect's going to be different depending on the lighting.
I think you may end up having to dodge some of the shadows around the lens as well? I'd imagine they're a bit darker than if they'd just been normal lenses.
