Can you elaborate a bit more?
What type of problems are you having?
What type of fonts are they - Postscript, TrueType, OpenType?
Do you use software for handling your fonts, such as Extensis Suitcase Fusion or Apple's FontBook? Both have a feature to check fonts, try that.
Have you checked for updates to CS5 to make sure you're up-to-date?
There is a well-documented bug in 10.6.7 relating to fonts (read
this lengthy 28pp thread on Apple's forums), so maybe this is affecting CS5? Hopefully, Apple will correct this is 10.6.8 - when that's released, make sure you download the Combo Updater version from Apple's website, rather than relying on the incremental update that Software Update will offer you. 10.6.8 should be released fairly soon, there are betas of it being tested by developers at the moment so could be anytime in the next few weeks. In the meantime, if this is stopping you from working in CS5 you might have to consider downgrading to 10.6.6 which doesn't seem to have this bug.
