Do you mean passwords to log-on - if you choose to save them, they're stored in the OS X Keychain. Open up Keychain Access (in Utilities) to see a list of all saved passwords, if you click on the triangle icon next to "Passwords" in the left hand side, then click on "AppleShare" it should help filter them out. |

Somewhere in the com.apple.* plist set? Quick look in my ~/library/prefernces folder suggests it'll be either com.apple.recentitems.plist or com.apple.finder.plist. Have a dig though those. Jon |

Yeah tried those. No biggie, have added them again now but would be good to know which file stores the info. Used to be easy on OS 9 ![]() |

Using FSEventer, I found that Finder modifies com.apple.recentitems.plist located in ~/Library/.... However I think this is just recently connected servers, and not the server listing... |

Well, if you use the "Connect to Server" option, under the Go menu, it adds an alias to whichever servers you connect to, here: Home > Library > Recent Servers > Is that what you're after? These then appear in the little pop-up menu in the Connect to Server dialogue box - the one that looks like a clock icon. |

No I had done a clean install but didn't want to copy my old library back so wanted to know where the file was stored. Copied the library in the end as I had some passwords saved in remote desktop that I needed. Thanks for your help. Carolyn |
