| Post subject: | How easy to learn Visual Basic? |
Hi, the OH is going on a VB course in a few weeks. This got me thinking that it might be a good idea to learn myself. Can anyone recommend and good books or places to start? Are there different flavorus of VB or is it just std? thanks in advance |

There are quite a few versions of VB VB, VB.Net, VBA, dark basic to name a few It's an ok language to learn, 4guysfromrolla.com would be a fairly good starting point |

If you learn vb.net then it's about as easy as real programming gets, and all the tools you need to learn are available for free.
