Some months back we had a workstation assessment review at work and a number of people have made noises about their monitors being too low.

To address this, HR went and ordered some arms, THESE TO BE SPECIFIC -which arrived today. Having just installed one, they only add an inch to the vertical lift of the existing stand that comes with our Dell 2407 monitors.

Since some people are using telephone directories and brick samples to jack their monitors up, they're clearly not going to be "up" to the job.

Obviously, I could trawl through the net and look for new ones, but I thought rather than just gamble on specifications alone, I'd ask around to see if there are any models/manufacturer's I should look for (and avoid) ?
