Now that you have the ability to take photos when the phone is locked it has changed the camera roll so that you can only see pictures taken during that camera session. It has obviously been done so that you can't see other photos taken whilst the phone was unlocked as they could be photos the user doesn't want other people to see.
However, I have spotted a problem with it.
Start with an empty camera roll (I only noticed this as I did it on my Dad's 4S)...
Take a few photos with the phone unlocked by going into the camera app. The camera roll will then show all the photos you have just taken. (let's say 5 photos for this example). In the toolbar it will say "1 of 5" etc...
No lock the phone and access the camera from the lock screen. Take a couple of photos and then go into the camera roll. It will now say "1 of 2" which is qhat you would expect.
OK...
Now go into the photos app and look at the camera roll album. It will say "Camera Roll (7)" to signal that there are 7 photos in the camera roll. You can see them all by browsing the album.
But...
Go into the camera app (unlocked phone) and then back into the camera roll. It still says "1 of 5" in there. It hasn't picked up the photos taken when the phone was locked.
I don't know whether or not this is intentional but it isn't consistent across the OS. It either needs to have 2 camera rolls (locked and unlocked) or it needs to show all camera roll photos when unlocked.
