Your Mac is, I think, inside the specs for 10.4 (Tiger). You'd need to buy a retail Tiger disc, probably second hand these days. Try eBay.
For most PC-key presses, CTRL is replaced with 'Command' - the splat key next to the space bar. A lot of the usual things are the same - Ctrl-A = Cmd-A. You should be able to tab between fields as usual. Cmd+Tab should switch apps in a familiar way as well.
