I've just got a very good deal on 4 x Opteron 6166HE cpus on eBay so looking to build myself a folding rig. Struggling to find anyone though who sells either a 2P or 4P mobo - the ones I have shortlisted are either the 2P Asus KGPE16 or the 4P Supermicro H8QGi If I go down the 2P route then I can use Win7 and will flog the other 2 cpu's off. If I go 4P route then it is either Windows Server 2008 or Linux. Can anyone help me find either of these mobo's in stock with someone in UK ? |
