We have 1 user who has fiddled with his Word settings and now images in Word are scaled up 400% automatically.
This also affects Outlook, when he creates a mail, the company logo doesn't sit nicely in the bottom corner, it blows up over the whole screen!
I don't know where to start looking, I'm googling at the moment, but haven't found anything which deals with the issue yet.

he hasnt changed the layout options for when you insert images? there you can change the scale to relative to the original image.
