1. I don't think this is available. There isn't an iDisk as such. You access the storage that you have through the apps that access it (if that makes sense). i.e. Pages uses iCloud to share documents between devices. You can never see just the documents you open up Pages and the documents are there on all your devices.
2. go to www.icloud.com and log in with you icloud account. From there you can use FindMyMac, Mail, Calendar and you can browse the shared iWork documents.
