Has anyone signed up for the iOS Developer Program as a company?
Talk about jumping through hoops! I have to sign up for our devs pronto, our head of admin has already gone home and I need a D-U-N-S number, the woman who is still there has never heard of D-U-N-S and can't say whether we have one or not! GRRR!
See if I have any more luck signing up for the Android Developer Programme.

Yeah, I found out how to apply for a DUNS number quickly. The problem is, I need to sign up for an iOS dev account PRONTO! and nobody can tell me whether we have a DUNS number.
Also, why do they need a DUNS number? Surely the incorporation number or VAT number etc. would be sufficient?

I think it's fairly commonly known that the company registration is unnecessarily slow, although I've a feeling it's possible to convert a personal account to a company one over the phone. I'd double check first though.

We had a DUNS number - after I got grilled by administration and they said I should apply for it, I pointed out, that it was an admin / bookkeeping task and they reluctantly went to apply for it, then told me half an hour later, that we already had the number...
We need to register as a company, so that our customers can find us.
