Has anyone here used AirParrot?
I tried it for the 20 minute trial and it worked okay, but I never attempted the audio driver download, so I only tested the image, which worked just fine.

It actually works rather well. Almost exactly like mirroring in Mountain Lion

Had a quick go with it and it all seemed fine. However that was just before ML was released so once I upgraded to ML I didn't need the software.

My laptop is too old to make use of AirPlay or Mirroring or whatever it is Apple calls it, so I'm looking at this as the software solution.

If you want mainly audio there is airfoil which is very good.

It's not mainly audio, but AirParrot only let me test the video on the free trial, so I wanted to know if the audio worked just as well as the visuals.
Now I know they do, I may buy this app.

It's on sale for a couple of quid cheaper than the normal price right now.
I took advantage of the offer last night and bought it.
