Does anyone here use it? Used to be awesome... but since Ubuntu got Unity I just can't make it work properly. And I've been trying for a long time on different systems.

I can connect to an existing session using "shadow" but I cannot start a new session. This is obviously no use if there's no existing session to connect to.

I get the error:


lightdm seems to be the user that the login screen uses. I've tried adding it as an NX user with "nxserver --useradd lightdm" but that fails with:
