I've got an old PC which I inherited. I've got all the drivers installed, except for sound. Is there an easy way for me to find out what drivers I need without taking the side off the case and taking down some serial numbers etc? Perhaps a bit of software I can run which will tell me which card I have installed? |

Three main options to try. 1 - run windows update it will quite often find and update non windows drivers as well. 2 - right click my computer, Manage, device manager, select the relevant device right click select update drivers. 3 - download sisoftsandra and get that to do it. Clicky Hope that helps |

Thanks for the reply. I had already tried updating the driver from device manager. I'm downloading the recommended software now. ![]() |
