I’m having a bit of a brainache with Excel – I’m trying to access the file document properties to insert them with a footer/header setup of a template; after some googling I’m confident that “Quick Parts” are the solution – but I can’t for the life of me find the tool – not even in the “all commands” list when trying to customise the ribbon.

We’re running 2010 in the office, and I’m saving it as an .xlsx – but still no joy. Any ideas?

EDIT
Okay, my bad, I missed a vital bit of information in one of the posts I was using as a resource (although to be fair on myself) some of the other sites I've read failed to mention it.... It would appear, "Quick Parts" aren't supported in Excel. Which means the only "solution" is either employ macros/coding (no chance) or embed the excel data part into a .doc if I want to "automate" this process. Which is just a joke because I'm already pushing the data in Excel from a .csv.

What. A. Joke.
