So I've got this surface pro thing. Don't ask. I'm looking to use it as my primary mobile computing 'thing' and one of the things that requires is something to download and listen to/view a variety of podcasts on. Apparently the in built music app can do that, but only if you live in the US (wtf?). I've tried Miro and Gpodder but find them both as appealing as a rectal examination. There's only one decent windows 8 podcasting app, called podcasts!, but it's catalogue is incredibly US centric and it doesn't allow you to add your own feeds (more wtf?). Podcast lounge, which is quite good on windows phone 8 doesn't have a windows 8 version.
Are there any decent windows 7/8 podcast management apps?

I listen to the podcasts in the car and when walking the dog, so I use my 'phone.
I used to use Zune or iTunes.
