What use is a word processor that can't do headers and footers or a word count? Surely the thing would have been to build up the iOS and iCloud offerings to the level of the desktop version, as opposed to castrating the desktop version... |

I agree but the point was to make the documents viewable on all devices. I suspect that over time they will reintroduce features across the range. |

The big one I saw people kicking off about was in Keynote, where they'd removed the option to have a separate screen for the speaker, so they could only have what the audience could see. |

I've used the new keynote and still had the presenter screen. The biggest thing for me is that they removed mail merge from pages and numbers. I use it sometimes to create plist files of large amounts of data for apps. |
