So I found a natty little web app that converts .ico files to .png (I need them for a presentation) - and after a *.ico search of my c: drive I've already a fair few - but some icons, for some programs/filetypes don't list - and on further enquiry, (finding the paths via the "change icon" of start menu shortcuts) found some *.ico appear to be embedded with the actual .exe of an application.

How would I get to them?
