I have a 2006 MacBook (white) with a broken screen - everything else appears to be OK. I've looked on line and while it's fixable, I'm not 100% confident that I could do this myself without breaking something else. However IIRC someone recommended a good Mac repairer on here, but I can find the post/thread. So if it would be possible to post the info here that would be marvellous! Thanks. |

I think that's the person I was looking for. However I'm in the Midlands. I was hoping to find someone I could get a quote from, for sending the Mac for repair and having the fixed computer sent back. |

I'm sure that last time I had to go there he said that he gets Macs to fix from all over the place. Might be worth a phone call to clarify. |
