Elite KV7MM motherboard - replaced dead CMOS battery (not holding date and time - no other symptoms). Now PC won't boot - there is power to drives and motherboard, but no video output. There is the usual POST beep, a long-ish pause, then two beeps, a short pause and another beep, then nothing further, although all fans are running. I've checked all the connections to the motherboard, etc and everything seems OK. Any suggestions please? TVMIA. David.

Sorry - now solved - works best when the monitor cable is properly plugged in Beeps were suggesting I load BIOS defaults. All now working fine. Apologies for abject stupidity!

Been there, done that. You are not a fully fledged geek until you've wasted 2 hours, because you forgot to plug something in. Welcome to X404.
