It looks very nice, VMWare have upgraded the Unity mode to also include Linux distros, so I can have Windows or Linux apps running in their own windows on the OS X desktop. That was great for testing things in Windows in the past, but it makes Linux much more usable.

I've used Unity with Linux before under 2.x. Can't remember what the x was though - there may have been an update as 3.0 was released.

Could be. Last time I tried it under 2, there wasn't unity mode, but 3.0 seems very nice.

The Windows Start Menu appearing top right on the Apple menu bar confused me, to start with. Especially as VMWare wasn't running, let alone the XP VM!
