Post subject: | Outlook 2007 Question |
I have created ( and sent) an e-mail in outlook to a number of people (To & cc). I would like to then send out a meeting request to the same set of people If I drag the e-mail into the calendar it creates a calendar entry, with the e-mail being the body BUT it does not auto fill in the invitees. Now I can go and add them manually BUT is there a way to do this automiatcally I know I could create a group and for regular meetings I do this but not for one offs Any Ideas |

I've just had a little play with Outlook 2007, but I couldn't see a way to do it... Sorry I couldn't be any more help, but at least I replied, and I'll carry on looking. |

You'd need to add them to a distribution group to do this. Copy & paste? A query based distribution group would work but may be dependant on how good your CRM contacts are filled in. |

thats an idea - although its a 2 (or more) step solution it will be quicker than flicking backwards and forwards At least its not a simple function that I have missed ![]() |
