I'm trying to set-up a video conferencing solution.
I have Skype accounts at the moment and want to use gotomeeting for presentations / document sharing etc. It works fine for audio conferences, but Skype only allows one video stream at a time.
Is there a good free / cheap service which allows at least 3 parties to video stream together?

That's the part that scuppers my suggestions.

I don't know much about Skype - but does it stop you from having two "chats" open?
You could achieve the same effect that way.

That's what I tried first, but it limits video to one conversation. If you open a second, they are both audio only. Currently looking at ooVoo, SightSpee, TokBox and iVisit... They all seem to come in at under $40 a month. More than the boss wants to pay, but I'll see what we can work out.

I tried it, but copying the ichat.app over to the XP test machine didn't do much.

Pity because it really does work very well ..

Given I had 3 300€ computers rejected and I have to make do with 1.2Ghz Athlons with 512MB memory, I don't think iMacs or MacBooks will go down well.
