i5 750
4gb gskill ram
1tb samsung f3
850w antec quattro psu.
oohhh and antec 1200

budget is £150 to £200

If you're not in a rush, wait for the 5850 to come down in price in March when nVidia launch.

If it's gotta be right now, 4890 is as good as it gets I'm afraid.

Target res? Which games?

Arguably, yes. Although there's not a lot in it. But it's not in stock.

And that's the problem you'll get with all the nVidia stuff past a 260 (which isn't as good as a 4890 btw)

4890 Vapor-X on Pixmania is likely the best you can get hold of atm. The best solution is wait til March. Can you manage that?

you might just be able to snag a 285 at that price point, but they are out of stock everywhere since nvidia stopped making them D:

but as okenobi says, youd be much better off waiting until 5850 drops in price. they are faster, cooler-running and more overclockable :)

I would say you're running towards the limit, but should be ok. That said, I'm not sure what the higher power Antecs are like these days. If it were me, I'd be looking at moving towards something Enermax around 1kw probably.
