I suppose, but one thing I learnt fairly quickly when working in CPW was to recognise when someone can't be sold

'Apple to launch new iPhone at the same time they've launched new iPhones for the last two years. It may be smaller and cheaper, or it may be bigger and have more features' I mean, people get paid for this stuff? |

I expect that there will be a new version. The older versions will be cheaper still. There could even be a low cost version which could be free on some lower price contracts. Who knows? It is all speculation. |

I went in to the Orange Shop the other day and started browsing for anything new. When one of the guys approache me I said I was waiting to see the new iPhone in June/July before buying anything. He questioned the fact that there will be a new iPhone. I said that it's what Apple do and I'll wait. This guy was adamant that Apple wouldn't necessarily release a new iPhone. I told him that if there wasn't a new iPhone by the end of July he could have my car. He got the point and left me to browse after that. |

very short sighted. Now you will probably avoid that store because they will want to sell you a phone that you do not want. Hard selling invariably backfires. |

I doubt that person will be working for the store in 6 months or cares at all if you ever come into the store again. |

It is one of the problems of sales commission. They are driven to sell you anything rather than let you leave empty handed. |
