My brother-in-law has asked me to wipe-down and flog his desktop so he can use the money towards a new gaming laptop.

From memory the specs are:-

Asus P5B Motherboard
Intel Core2Duo E6400
2Gb PC5300 DDR2 ram
500Gb Hard drive
DVD ReWriter
1Gb XFX Radeon 4890 OC graphics card
Antec SLK300B case
620w Coolermaster PSU
Keyboard & mouse
17" LG monitor

WinXP Home

Now I was thinking around £200-£250 mark.

What do you guys think - sound reasonable?

Say £230 just to get people interested, talk up it's gaming capability and the fact the dual-core and psu make it future-proof for a while yet :)

That's not a bad price including the monitor, assuming it's all quite tidy.

It just depends on finding the right buyer. A lot of people might already have a monitor, or could be looking for a bigger one.

Old? That's about the spec we are ordering for new machines! Well, with onboard graphics... :lol:
