Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 7 will be released to manufacturing (RTM) in August, putting it on target for a potential October general release.

Going by what I've seen of Windows 7 so far I think I'll be upgrading all of our PC's (4 desktops and 3 or 4 laptops) as it seems to be the best version yet.
