If I was to get an ADSL router would I be able to use it later with a Cable modem via an ethernet port? Looking at getting a new router as the current netgear one is failing once every couple of hours and it's ruining online gaming and general working.

Currently got an ADSL connection but not sure if I could do it this way OR to get a normal DSL router then get an ADSL modem separately

The only way to do it would be with a Draytek router like the 2820 as they have a wan2 ethernet port
