Anyone know of a good way to do this? At the moment I use Preview to print six images to a page, but it doesn't seem to be able to add the filenames which can make identifying them hard. I could really do with having them labelled when they are printed. |

Photoshop can make up contact sheets that include the file name. It's under the Automate option. |

Bugger, I don't have it. I think I'll have to get it - my life will be so much easier this time next week! ![]() |

iPhoto "does" too, you can use contact sheets with it. I'm investigating an old tool one of my lecturers use, if I can find it, I'll let you know ![]() Ben |

The CLI utility was called `a2ps`. It might do what you need it to do, it will certainly print file names. This page might be of use: http://www.cs.grinnell.edu/mathlan/prin ... a2ps.xhtml You'll need to find it and compile/install it, but it is available on MacPorts ![]() Ben |

Have you tried GraphicConverter? You should be able to produce a contact sheet either using the controls in the Browse Folder window or use the Print Folder option and just put miltiple pages per sheet in the print dialogue box. |
