Need some places to start learning the ropes as I am planning to enter a competition where the game needs to be in Flash

When I learn ActionScript 2 I used this site, I found it very helpful. |

www.kongregate.com has a flash tutorial series that ends with a fully functioning game. |

Nah, it's not an MS competition It's actually a competition for Arriva  http://www.arrivabus.co.uk/content.aspx?id=5172 "Arriva will launch the winning game, which must be bus themed and playable on a PC, on its new website." Says in the specs it has to be in Flash and a certain resolution, bus related etc.
Awesome that will probably be best for me as I do games stuff already, I'll have a look
