I have a video on You Tube that has recently surpassed 15k views, as a result You Tube / Google are saying I can now make money from it by setting up an adsense account or something along those lines. However when I select the option to setup this account it takes me to page 1 of 2 yet there is no option of progressing to page 2 of 2.
Anyone else had this problem, or been able to progress further, that may be able to shed some light on the issue?

I have no experience of this, but one thing I suggest is turning off any ad-block tools you are using. It's not unlikely that you have adsense blocked, which you would expect to break the adsense links.
