WPF and silverlight book suggestions

Having noticed a lot of companies seem to want some experience in WPF (and to some extent silverlight) I figured I would have a look.... seems quite different in structure to what I have done before.

Does anyone know of any good books on WPF/Silverlight programming (I appreciate they wont be combined)?
