I just installed Opera 10.60 on my laptop, and it tried to be clever and import all settings from Firefox. But I didn't want it to. I want it to start saving passwords and allowing cookies (sorted that). Searching their support just says vague stuff about how the remember password thing works, and you can turn it off for all time when the box appears for the first time, but what if you want to undo this? A google search turned up lots of generic stuff about the password manager but I lost my will to live before finding the answer.

Someone please point me at the simple and obvious option I've missed and we'll say no more about it

EDIT - settings -> preferences -> Forms tick "enable password manager"
