I'm trying to upload a website on behalf of a client, they've given me their username and password, but the site just will not accept it. I think I've had this problem before with them. Does this sound familiar to anyone? |

Hmm, must have the username and password wrong. I'll get them to forward me the sign up email! |

Well, I checked with her and double-checked and the password was absolutely right. Had it reset anyway and was able to login fine. Must have been an incorrect password, but I checked it about a million times. |
