Yes, there's already been an express statement that the 1% rise in NI will be scrapped in the next budget (within the next 50 days).

Here's a simple idea.
Have we found any oil at the Falklands yet? If not, sell it to Argentina for £170billion, that'll sort the deficit out.
It's a useless piece of rock if there's no oil anyways.

Well there is Rockall, but too small for the Americans to build a military base on. There is Diego Garcia, but the natives want to return. Added to that the Yanks are too poor to buy it. It will because they have left in place all the flaws that allow bankers to make big profits but still take stupid risks. It is just a matter of when. _________________Do concentrate, 007...
